BringBackTheBeat presents Ewan Pearson

Ewan Pearson has been making music in many forms since 1998: he has worked as a DJ, as a recording artist (Maas, World Of Apples, Partial Arts), as a remixer (Depeche Mode, Chemical Brothers, Goldfrapp, Metronomy, Jessie Ware, Teleman) and as a record producer and mix engineer (The Rapture, Ladytron, M83, Ben Watt, Jagwar Ma, Tracey Thorn, Delphic).

Recently Ewan produced and mixed albums for AKASE (!K7) and produced the debut record from Ten Fé (Budde Publishing). After his work in the critically acclaimed Jagwar Ma album ‘Howlin’ album (Marathon),  Ewan mixed most of their follow up ‘Every Now and Then', whilst also producing and mixing ‘Life Will See You Now’ the new album Jens Lekman (Secretly Canadian). He has also recently remixed releases from Field Music, Rose Lowe, Gwenno, Languages, Georgia Ruth, Crosstown Rebels and “Where’s The Revolution?’, the first single from Depeche Mode’s new album ‘Spirit’.

Ewan has been Djing for over 20 years and has travelled the globe numerous times over, playing his beloved blend of house, techno and electro regularly at rave institutions such as Glastonbury, Robert Johnson/Frankfurt, Panorama Bar/Berlin, Space/Ibiza, Electric Elephant/Croatia, Festival no.6/Wales to mention but a few.
